General Rules

General Forum Rules

• Please post in only English. No, Text is not another form of English. 'Hay Man Wasup? R u gonna go 2 the gam 2da??' Is not acceptable, and will result in a warning, or in bigger cases, a Ban.

• Rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless posts will not be tolerated.

• Double Posting is not allowed. We are really sorry but we prefer to see an inactive topic then one full of “ Bumps”. The only place allowed would be your diary.

• Publicity to any kind of services, forums, sites or anything like that is Allowed, although you must pay Galleons in order to do so.

• Posts discussing moderator actions are allowed only in special topics.

• All the text size should be normal and not very small (like size 0)Or very big (Like size 20). We won’t be able to read it if it’s extremely small.

• Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.

• Posts may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content; hate, spam, fraud, racism, or promote any illegal activity.

• Respect the management team the forum. This one is kind of a 'Already knew that'

• Post in the Absence Thread if you need to go away so we can know why you are not posting.

Signature/Avatar Rules

• Please check the 'Claimed faces' Forum in the Claim a face section. The last thing we want is two people with the same Avatar.

• Both the avatar and signature should be present the same model/actor/actress/celebrity etc. We don’t want to see your real life face because of privacy. In the same time before choosing your face please take a look at the topic “Claim a Face” to make sure it is not taken already.

• Signature should not be too big. We advice everybody not to use huge images because we don’t want our page to be deformed.

RPG Rules

• You can't register as any of the characters from the books. You can use any of them as a model for your character but we don't allow anyone to be Harry Potter, Hermione Granger etc.. just use your imagination and create your own character.

• Please keep IC (in character) and OOC (out of character) separate. Don’t forget that if you don’t like someone's character doesn't mean that you have to hate the person itself.

• We please everyone to post a minimum of 50 words for each post. We honestly don’t want to see 2 lines RP texts.

• "God-moding", "power-playing", or dishonest conduct are prohibited. No one is perfect, and no one is the best.

• You can't control other characters. You can control only yours, so please do not post the reactions and actions of anyone else except you.

• If you don’t know anything about role-playing please try to look for a guide first or just take a look at other members' posts to see how they are doing.

Chatbox Rules

• All the general rules above apply to the chatbox too. Everyone breaking them can get banned.

•And the last rule and probably the most important have fun on Mischief Managed.
